When preparing a piece of work it is always a good idea to keep a record of all the resources you have used, e.g. articles, books, etc. You can do this manually, with a card index, or use a reference or bibliographic management tool.
There are many such tools, some free and some with a cost: there is a Wikipedia article comparing different products.
UWS does not endorse any of these particular products or provide support for their use.
Before using a reference management tool you will need to investigate each product and see which one best meets your needs.
